Healing Vegetable Broth Breakfast for Digestive Support

Looking for better, low sugar and nutritive breakfast ideas? Making a healing "bone" broth is a great option. The famous Louise Hay discusses 18 benefits of bone broths, which I think are amazing but what if you are vegan or vegetarian?

Well, making a vegetable broth is almost just as good. I made one the other day and use it for breakfast with a raw onion bread, amaranth porridge, or just plain. I'm considering doing a full bone broth, too, but I'll keep you posted.
