How Does it Work?
Your brain changes your molecules every single second at a subconscious level. Our five senses bring in information which is then translated into action within our body – a deep-seated level of communication that runs between our brain and body. Our advanced brain-body programs teaches you to begin to consciously direct the changes in your body through the use of guided visualizations – or using your mind’s eye or cerebral cortex. This is a technique that has been used for decades for cancer – and now for the first time we have a therapeutic program to help improve address levels of energy.
Each of the four sessions is dedicated towards a specific element of what generates energy within our body: Metabolism, Endocrine System, Circulation and Sleep. Each session dives very deeply into a specific physical visualization for each of these systems to help utilize the power of our brains to direct and improve these elements within.
SESSION A: METABOLISM
Metabolism and improving kidney, liver and stomach function to improve their overall health and functioning. Your kidneys and liver not only remove toxins from the body, but also help to regulate homeostasis and blood pressure – both key to our energy levels. Eastern Medicine believes the kidneys are the “root of everything” and attribute most of our body and reproductive health to our kidneys.

SESSION B: ENDOCRINE HEALTH
Endocrine system visualizations focusing on the balancing of our hormones along with the hypothalamus, thyroid and adrenal glands, with a special focus on reduction of the stress hormone cortisol which depletes our energy. We also learn how to release positive endorphins, or the “feel good” hormone from our hypothalamus.
SESSION C: CIRCULATION
Circulation includes visualizations with respect to our blood, oxygen and nutrients ensuring that all parts of our bodies are receiving adequate amounts to nourish all of our cells. We give special attention to ensuring that enough vital blood-oxygen reaches past our lungs and into all areas of our bodies.
SESSION D: BLISSFUL SLEEP
This session focuses on sleep. Sleep is fundamental to our health, levels of stress, and energy to accomplish our goals. However, millions suffer from insomnia that is unexplained and seems to be a self-fulfilling prophecy. The more we think we are going to have trouble sleeping, sure enough, the more trouble we have sleeping. Therefore, if our thoughts negatively influence the depth and quality of our sleep, then our thoughts can do the reverse and improve the depth and quality of our sleep. This program isn’t meant to help you fall asleep while listening (although eventually that will happen automatically. The session takes you on an enjoyable journey and elicits very positive imagery to help you sleep more soundly. In effect, this helps you re-program the way you think about sleep, letting it come on its own easily. Most importantly, you stay asleep while getting the deepest sleep you can imagine.
